VIPdesk Is Hiring “Brand Ambassadors”

… we interviewing candidates to support one of our clients, ServiceMagic. These home-based customer service representatives (we call them Brand Ambassadors) must have a passion for home improvement and repair projectsthey will be responding to incoming calls from ServiceMagic customers, assessing their needs and scheduling appointments and/or referring them to the applicable pre-screened home-improvement contractor in their area.

We are interviewing candidates for a part-time flex positionwho can work up to 34 hrs/wk in peak periods with a minimum of 10 hrs/mo. Ideal candidates are available to work during our peak times of Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6pm ET and Sundays, 8:30am-7:30pm ET.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a customer-facing position. Prior sales experience is required, as is a knowledge of basic home-repair services.
