The folks at oDesk are once again doing their excellent job of sharing. Last month they compiled and published a list of the top 100 freelance blogs on the web (yeah, of course we were among them). Now, based on a panel survey of their top programmers, designers, virtual assistants, and other contract providers, they’ve compiled a list of the top 10 and bottom 10 freelancing success factors.

Among the top success factors were:

• Feedback Scores
• Attitude

Scraping the bottom of the success factor barrel were:

• Hourly rate
• Availability
• Skills Section
